We are a family run business based in Baldock, which is perfectly situated to cover Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire (Although we are known to travel beyond if you have multiple sites, you’d like us to service).

Tim has worked in Pest Control for over 25 years as both a Surveyor (BPCA certified) and a Technician.  He likes the ‘detective’ work involved in finding the pests and coming up with a solution almost as much as he enjoys being, who knows how many feet in the air, on a roof bird proofing a building. Having worked for both large and small companies he knows that getting the problem solved and great customer care are the top priority.  Honesty and a fair price for a job well done is what it’s all about.

The best work/life balance led to the creation of TJ PestAway in 2021. Prior to pest control (Many, many years ago!) Tim worked in reprographics and the motor industry, again, customer facing and with a conscientious eye to customer care.

Julie has worked in more industries than you can shake a stick at but always within Sales, Marketing and Administration.  Any questions on invoicing or service queries, she will be there to take your call or answer your emails.  Usually helped by George, the company dog and mascot – he doesn’t answer the phone very often but is a very good listener!
